Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
Experience in banking is an advantage

What you need

A strong academic background in related to above businesses
Numeracy, Verbal Evaluation, commercial judgement and strong analytical skills
Drive, initiative, resilience and curiosity
Confident but sensitive communication skills
The ability to work well in a team

Candidate need to be a master degree level in penultimate year of study. Impress us with your personality and attitude as well as with you intellect, and you could spend the summer working and exploring your options in a variety of department, wherever your internship will encompass a wide variety of roles and activities, give you a fantastic opportunity to experience many different challenges, functions and possible career paths, and take you out of your comfort zone.

Training
Your training will start with a one-day induction course at our training centre. This will:

Give you an insight into what the internship entails
Outline exactly what's expected of you and how your performance will be monitored
Introduce you to your support network, including other interns, graduate trainees, your buddy and your mentor Give you an overview of our products and services, and the structure of our business
