HSBC provides all employees with the opportunity to share in the Group’s success. Each year employees are invited to apply to the HSBC Sharesave Plan and make monthly savings to purchase the HSBC shares at an option price at the end of saving period.


Performance related Bonus Scheme
HSBC rewards good performers by offering a special Performance Related Bonus (PRB) payment once a year. This will be based on a combination of business results and individual performance.


Long Service Award

Long Service Awards are presented to employees who have a long tenure of service with HSBC as a way of showing our appreciation for their commitment.
