What is Business Banking Express?
Business Banking Express  

Business Banking Express (BBE) uses an appointed, professional domestic courier company to facilitate the fast and efficient delivery of trade documents from client offices to HSBC's centralised processing centre.

BBE offers a safe and secure alternative to other document delivery methods, such as general posted mail or standard courier services. Additionally, customised schedules can be designed to satisfy the document delivery needs of individual clients. BBE area-coverage is wide and includes the majority of industrial areas and business districts

Both the route and schedule of your trade documents can be pre-determined. Through a professional and high-tech delivery, ad-hoc delivery schedules can also be supported with only 2-hours notice required.

How BBE works
 
Here is the BBE work process
BBE is available to existing and new clients who want to outsource their document delivery functions.

through the services of a professional Trade and Supply Chain partner bank. This value added service helps exporters and importers who frequently send documents to HSBC. Once clients sign a contract with the bank, our Delivery Service Team visits their office and provides envelopes and AWB* notes.

 
  • Client packs all documents, puts them into the envelope and seals it.
  • Call DHL's call centre: +66 (0) 2345 5222 for collection (at least 2 hours in advance).
  • Courier will pick up documents at client’s office and deliver to HSBC next day.
Note: The AWB number can be used to check the status of delivery and position of the shipment
     
Service Fee
 
How to Get Started
There is no initial set-up or annual fee for this service and no restriction on the volume of documents delivered. Only HSBC clients will be entitled to the pre-arranged special rate. This rate only applies to delivery to the HSBC Office and not to other locations.
 
Contact HSBC Trade and Supply Chain and provide the following information:
  • Name of your company
  • Contact person with telephone number / e-mail address
  • Expected first delivery date
  • Schedule of delivery
  • Expected / approximate number of transactions per month
HSBC will liaise with the courier service provider to set-up initial requirements, normally with in 3 business days.
