This unique service is the first of its kind in Thailand and applies to your export documents sent overseas through HSBC in Bangkok via DHL - Instead of having to input the airway bill reference, you only need to key in the bank reference which can be easily found on your advices. Then in just a few seconds, you will get shipment updates and delivery status any time, anywhere.

Enhanced Electronic DC Advising
At  HSBC, we understand the important of receiving information as promptly as possible. That is why we have developed Instant@device, an alternative and efficient means of receiving a copy of your documentary credit (DC), subsequent amendment(s) and advices via e-mail.

Features
Allow customers to receive non-negotiable copies of import/export DCs and subsequent amendments/ advices by email and fax.
Allow one e-mail address to receive a copy of import DCs, subsequent amendment(s) and other advices.
Allow five e-mail address to receive a copy of export DCs, subsequent amendment and other advices (only one e-mail address to receive other advices).

Better Logistics Management by reduction of waiting period for phone calls, faxes or delivery of hard copy advices for transactions with HSBC.
For exporter: Quicker freight bookings and collation of other necessary documentation required under the DC.
For importer: Allow importer to forward it to the supplier and other trade partners, saving time and communication costs.
Increased efficient communication within the customers' office by allowing 5 recipients to simultaneously receive copies of export DC / amendment(s).
Enhanced accuracy in the preparation of documents: customers can 'cut and paste' the relevant text from the copy of the DC e-mailed to the customer, to prepare documents under the DC.
Convenience: Customers can easily store DCs and advices and even forward your online copy of the DC to your shipping, insurance and other trade partners.
Reduced courier expenses: by signing up for our DC Safe Custody service (available under EDCA for exporters), customers do not need to arrange collection of the DC from our office.ย  Instead, the original DC will be safely stored at a local HSBC office.
