HSBC reserves the right to offer cash vouchers to HSBC Premier customers as follows;

Successfully refer every 3 new HSBC Premier customers and receive 5,000 baht cash voucher.
The maximum cash voucher allowed per customer is 15,000 baht.
The HSBC Premier referral will be considered successful when the referred person starts an HSBC relationship with a minimum of 3 million baht in deposits and/or investment (exclusive of loan products and credit facilities) and maintains a 6-month average balance, of no less than the opening balance in his/her account. Existing HSBC customers cannot refer themselves and must not withdraw or swift their funds to open a new account with new customers.
HSBC Premier customers who close and re-open a single/joint HSBC account during the programme period will not be eligible to participate in the programme.
New HSBC Premier customers who are referred by existing HSBC customers must not have held an existing HSBC account for the specified product at the present time or for the past 12 months.
The programme is not applicable to existing HSBC customers who open new joint accounts, notwithstanding that the other joint account holder is a new HSBC customer.
Eligible customers must contact their Relationship Manager and provide supporting evidence before 31 January 2012. Late redemption is not allowed.
HSBC reserves the right to change or deduct the value of cash vouchers concerned from the referrer’s account if the new customers fail to maintain the necessary funds in their accounts for the stipulated time.

In the event of a dispute arising out of this programme, the decision of HSBC shall be final.
These terms and conditions are made in both Thai and English versions. The Thai version shall prevail in respect of interpretation hereto in the event of discrepancies and inconsistencies.
