- The promotion is reserved for existing HSBC Premier customers in Thailand who increase their net account balance between 1 July and 31 August (the “Promotional Period”). This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other HSBC promotions.
- Eligible customers who increase their net balance during the Promotional Period and maintain this average balance for at least six consecutive months (including the month that the new funds were added), will receive cash vouchers (referred to as the “Gift”) as follows:

The total balance of each account cannot be combined.
- The maximum cash voucher amount allowed per customer is 150,000 Baht. HSBC reserves the right to change or confiscate the Gift or apply the value of the Gift to the account balance if the customer fails to maintain the necessary minimum funds in the account for the stipulated term.
- Eligible customers must contact their HSBC Relationship Manager and provide supporting evidence by 30 September 2010 to redeem their Gift. The Gift is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Gift will be sent to qualified HSBC Premier customers within six weeks after the month of October 2010. Customers must still hold HSBC Premier status at that time.
- Participating customers consent to HSBC using their names and photos for public relations purposes. This consent is a principle condition of this promotion and any photos taken will become HSBC property.
- HSBC is not responsible for the Gift. In case of defect or problems with the Gift, please contact the merchant directly.
- These terms are written in both Thai and English version. The Thai version shall prevail in case of discrepancies and/or inconsistencies. In the event of a dispute arising from this promotion, HSBC’s decision will be final.
