Terms and conditions

The promotion applies to new HSBC Premier customers joining HSBC Premier in Thailand, and existing HSBC Premier customers, between 16 September and 14 October 2011 (the “Promotional Period”) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other HSBC promotions. Eligible customers investing in unit trusts of the participating mutual funds* with a starting minimum balance of 3,000,000 baht for new customers, or 1,000,000 baht for existing customers, will receive cash vouchers (referred to as the “Gift”) as follows:
- Group A: Invest in unit trusts of the participating mutual funds, every 1,000,000 baht will receive cash vouchers worth 1,000 baht.

- Group B: Invest in unit trusts of the participating mutual funds, every 1,000,000 baht will receive cash vouchers worth 5,000 baht.

Limited to a maximum of 200,000 baht cash vouchers per 1 customer.
The promotion does not apply to existing customers who have previously held an already-closed HSBC Premier account in 1 year or who hold an HSBC Premier account which has been inactive since 1 March 2011.
To redeem their gift, eligible customers must contact their HSBC Relationship Manager and provide copies of supporting documents, no later than 31 October 2011. The Gift is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Gift will be given to qualifying HSBC Premier customers no later than December 2011. Customers must still maintain their HSBC Premier status up to that date (with a minimum balance of 3,000,000 baht).
HSBC is not responsible for any defect, loss or the expiry of the Gift.
HSBC reserves the right to change the Gift, the period, or other privileges without prior notice.
Participating customers consent to HSBC using their names and photos for public relations purposes. This consent is a principle condition of this promotion and any photos taken will become the property of HSBC.
These terms and conditions are written in both Thai and English versions. The Thai version shall prevail in case of discrepancies and/or inconsistencies. In the event of a dispute arising from this promotion, HSBC’s decision will be final.
