e-Statement and e-Advice are only accessible from HSBC's Internet banking services. Therefore as an HSBC customer, you would be required to register for HSBC's Internet banking services in order to access the e-Statement and e-Advice. e-Statement is available for all your Deposit accounts and Credit Card accounts.

With e-Statement, you can enjoy following benefits:

Quick and secure view of your statements online anytime anywhere - up to 12 past statement cycles
No more worries about lost or delayed statements; Stay updated on your card dues and payment dates
Ability to download and archive statements for quick history reference
Printing option - print your statement as many times as you like or not at all

4 Easy steps to register Banking e-Statement and e-Advice:

Step 1 : When you log in to online@hsbc, click "Statements / Advices" on the left hand menu.
Step 2 : Set up a one-time request by clicking on the “e-Statement / e-Advice request” in the sub menu.
Step 3 : Select the options “e-Statement” and “e-Advice”, and enter your email address to receive email notification when your e-Statement is ready.
Step 4 : Click “Confirm” to complete your request.

4 Easy steps to register Credit card e-Statement:

Step 1 : When you log in to online@hsbc, click "Statements / Advices" on the left hand menu.
Step 2 : Set up a one-time request by clicking on the “Credit card e-Statement request” in the sub menu.
Step 3 : Select the option “Both e-Statements and Paper statements", and enter your email address to receive email notification when your e-Statement is ready.
Step 4 : Click “Confirm” to complete your request.

Please note that only the latest 12 deposit account e-statements and credit card e-statements are held on your HSBC Internet Banking account. You may download these statements on to your computer if you want to store them for a longer period.
