Ease your banking online anytime anywhere. No more banking hours or long queues. Now you can manage and control your finances whenever you are connected safely and securely.
 
HSBC introduces a new Personal Internet Banking feature that you can enjoy a new online banking experience with more flexibility and convenience. Starting from 20 March 2011 onward, you can access your HSBC online account with your Personal Internet Banking Password without a Security Device while you can still rest assured that your account is securely protected.
 
For customers who have registered before 20 March 2011 and already have a Security Device:
If you who have previously registered for online@hsbc (Personal Internet Banking) before 20 March 2011, you may choose to access your online account either with your Security Device (for full-featured online banking), or with Personal Internet Banking Password (limit access to some transactions)
 
For new customers who register after 20 March 2011:
If you registered for online@hsbc after 20 March 2011, you can access your online banking account with your personal password previously assigned upon registration and a one-time password via SMS.
 
Accessing your online account with a Security Device for certain online transactions that required maximum security:
To ensure a maximum security when transferring money to third party beneficiary’s account and other sensitive transactions, customers with HSBC account/s are required to enter the 6-digit password generated by the Security Device in addition to Personal Internet Banking Lite password/s in order to process online transactions. Customers may request for Security Device from online@hsbc free of charge. For further details, please refer to the table illustrated below.
 
* Customers with HSBC demand deposit accounts will be provided with a Security Device free of charge for first time request and for replacement due to battery expiration. Any requests for lost, damaged, or stolen device will be charged a fee of 321 baht (VAT inclusive).
