HSBC reserves the right to give specified premium/ points only to the new card applicant (Primary card) who meets the specified spending requirement during the specified period after card approval.
Premium/points cannot be changed or converted to cash or transferred to any other person. In the case that the cardholder chooses such premium/ points, the cardholder cannot change it to any other premium.
To participate in the promotion, the cardholders must maintain their satisfied membership status and must be non-delinquent during the promotional period until the date of approval of premium/points. The Premium/letter to receive gold /points will be delivered/ transferred to the primary card account within 120 days after the month the conditions have been completed. (Cash withdrawals, interest, fees, transferred loans, finance charges, and penalties are not accountable in total spending.)
Cardholders who select the gold must follow the instructions to receive the gold as mentioned in the letter.
The Photo of the Gold bullion is for advertising purpose only. HSBC will present the gold necklace.
Premium / points are limited to one premium or specified points per cardholder only and eligible cardholders must obtain the card approval during the period 1 Jul – 31 Aug ’10 only.
HSBC reserves the right to offer the premium at the equivalent value/ or similar without prior notice.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
HSBC reserves the right to offer the premium/points only to persons who have never been an HSBC cardholder /or to persons who have cancelled their membership with the HSBC Credit Card for more than 12 months.
In the event of a dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of HSBC shall be final.
