HSBC reserves the right to give specified premium only to the new card applicants (primary card) who meet the specified spending requirement during the specified period after card approval from 1 Jan - 29 Feb 2012. HSBC reserves the right to offer the premium only to persons who have never been an HSBC cardholder /or to persons who have cancelled their membership with the HSBC Credit Card for more than 1 year. The premium is limited 1 item per 1 applicant only.
Premium cannot be changed or converted to cash or transferred to any other person. In case that the cardholder chooses such premium the cardholder cannot change it to any other premium.
Premium will be delivered to the primary card account within 120 days after the month the conditions have been completed. (Cash withdrawal, interest, fee, transferred loan, finance charges, and penalties are not accountable in total spending). To participate in the promotion, the cardholders must maintain their satisfied membership status and must be non-delinquent during the promotional period until the date of approval of premium.
Any transaction related to cash or change exchange, for example, foreign currency withdrawal, exchange or cash equivalent, will not be considered as purchase and calculated in this programme.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
HSBC reserves the right to offer the premium in the equivalent value or similar without prior notice.
These terms and conditions are written in both Thai and English versions. The Thai version shall be prevailed in case of discrepancies and/or inconsistencies.
In the event of a dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of HSBC shall be final.
