	Terms and conditions:

1.	Promotion valid for HSBC credit card issued in Thailand only. Cards should have normal status with no delinquency throughout promotion period and until cash rebate fulfillment period (corporate cards are excluded).

2.	For the petrol purchase, transactions must be made during 1 Jan - 31 mar 12 at any participating petrol station of PTT Public Company Limited and be posted in HSBC system no later than 15 Apr 12. Transactions from primary and secondary credit cards will be automatically accumulated. Transactions from different credit card accounts cannot be accumulated.

3.	Every 800 Baht petrol purchase per transaction will receive cash credit on a monthly basis within the next 2 statement cycles. 1) HSBC Gold and Classic will get 16 Baht cash credit and maximum cash credit for each month is limited to 96 Baht per credit card account. 2) HSBC Visa Platinum will get 24 Baht cash credit and maximum cash credit for each month is limited to 144 Baht per credit card account. 3) HSBC Premier MasterCard^® will get 64 Baht cash credit and maximum cash credit for each month is limited to 384 Baht per credit card account.

4.	In case of cancellation, refund or disputed transaction after cash rebate fulfillment, the bank reserves the right to charge cash rebate back from customer account.

5.	Purchase at any petrol station (under Merchant Category Code-MCC 5541 and 5542 in Visa and MasterCard acquiring system) will not be entitled to HSBC rewards point collection. The bank will less the rewards point from redeemed table in bonus point summary in statement within 2 statement cycles after transactions occurred.

6.	Cash rebate cannot be transferred or converted into cash.

7.	The bank is not responsible for any information loss or technical problems. The customer must keep registered SMS confirmation and sales slip as proof.

8.	The bank reserves the right to change the promotion details without prior notice.
