	Terms and conditions

1.	The promotion is reserved for HSBC primary and supplementary credit cards issued by HSBC in Thailand only (exclusive of corporate card) with valid membership status throughout the promotion period. Delinquent cardholders will not be qualified for this promotion (HSBC rewards).

2.	The eligible transactions must be occurred via online (under Visa & MasterCard code ECI,UCAF and ECSL) and posted to HSBC system not later than 15 May 10.

3.	Purchased transactions between primary and supplementary card will be automatically accumulated together to the primary card account (purchase transactions from different credit card numbers cannot be accumulated) to calculate the maximum HSBC rewards given per programme.

4.	HSBC reserves the right to give HSBC rewards only to the primary credit cardholders who have registered for requesting cash credit via SMS (THB3 /SMS). The registration can be made 1 time per primary card number per this promotion, and not later than 30 Apr 10. Premier customers are automatically enrolled into the promotion without registration required.

5.	Normal HSBC rewards scheme (1 point on every THB 25 spent) is automatically posted to CH's statement on the month the transaction is posted. The additional points from this promotion will be posted to primary account statement after the programme ended. HSBC rewards will be posted to the eligible cardholders after promotion end which not later than 30 Jun 10.

6.	Limit maximum additional HSBC rewards points given at 8,000 points / account / programme.

7.	HSBC Rewards are not transferable and convertible for cash.

8.	HSBC reserves the right to uphold the actual available information to process the HSBC rewards points given and will not be responsible for any loss of data if occurred. The cardholders have to keep pay slips and confirmation message from this promotion for reference and further examination.

9.	This promotion cannot be used with any other promotion.

10.	HSBC reserves the right to amend the promotion conditions, timing and benefits as deemed appropriate without prior notice. The decision of HSBC shall be absolute and final.
