| HSBC Reward 2011 Terms and Conditions |
| Programme eligibility |
| Only the holders of HSBC primary and secondary credit card including HSBC Visa, HSBC Visa Platinum, HSBC MasterCard, HSBC Premier MasterCard® issued by the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Bangkok Branch ("HSBC") are eligible to participate in HSBC Reward 2011 programme. All corporate cards are excluded. The cardholders must also maintain their membership status and their card accounts remain valid and non-delinquent at the time of Reward points redemption. |

| HSBC Reward 2011 Point Accumulation |
- HSBC credit cardholders earn one HSBC Reward point for every 25 Baht spent on purchases of goods and services only.
- HSBC Rewards points are excluded in respect of Interest fees, cash advances, bank charges, service fees, balance transfer amounts, tax refund transaction, collection fee the points top up payment, every transactions at Petrol category (Merchant category code-MCC 5541 and 5542) and any merchant / transaction subject to HSBC specifying in each promotion afterward.
- HSBC Reward points earned by primary and supplementary cardholders will be pooled in the primary card’s account and considered one credit card account.

| HSBC Reward Point Lifetime |
| From 24 Jul 11 onward, HSBC Reward points earned will be valid for 3 years for Premier and Platinum cards and 2 years for Classic and Gold cards. The expiration date of your Reward points will be the end of your card issuance month. Your HSBC Reward points and its expiry date will be shown in the primary cardholder monthly billing statement. HSBC reserves the right to return expired points in any dispute case. |

| HSBC Reward 2011 Gift Redemption |
- Redemption of HSBC Gifts can be made in one of the following ways;

- There are 2 ways for HSBC cardholders to use their HSBC Reward points to redeem for gifts as stated in the catalogue
• Use your HSBC Reward points to redeem your selected gifts
• Use your HSBC Reward points plus additional payment. The additional payment will be billed to your credit card accounts.
- Only the holders of HSBC primary are eligible to participate in HSBC Reward 2011 programme. This privilege is not transferable to other persons.
- A combination of HSBC Reward points among credit cards for redemption:
• Combination between basic or principal credit card and supplementary credit card: HSBC Reward points earned by primary and supplementary cardholders will be pooled in the primary card’s account and considered one credit card account.
• Combination among several basic or principal credit cardholder: Credit cards with the same family or last name may combine points of HSBC Rewards earned from such basic or principal credit cards for redemption purpose. Excluding cash credit, annual fee waiver, mileage programme (Asia Mile and KrisFlyer), point plus cash items, travel voucher, hotel voucher, redeem 3 get 1 more items, redeem 1 get 1 more and the programme in which HSBC specifying afterward.
- All redemptions are subject to the accumulation of sufficient HSBC Reward points and HSBC’s final acceptance. Orders will be cancelled automatically in the event of insufficient HSBC Reward points. Once HSBC receives the order for redemption by all means including fax, automated phone, E-mail, short message (SMS) or any other channel which will be introduced by HSBC, from the cardholder, such order cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Should there be any cardholder wishing to redeem for merchandise prior to a cancellation or termination of the relevant credit card, such a cardholder must express his/her/its intention to redeem to HSBC at least 30 days prior to the cancellation or terminate date of such credit card.
- The cardholder who will be able to use HSBC Voucher valued at 300 Baht, must has the same name appearing on the gift voucher only. This voucher is not transferable to other persons.
- Terms and Conditions of Redemption for Airplane Tickets, Package Tours and accommodation of Hotel voucher and Travel voucher are as follows;
• Each of the cardholders must be itself contact the relevant service provider directly for reservation 7-14 days in advance prior to delivery of the redemption form to HSBC or prior to his/her/its exercise of redemption right.
• All information in details in respect of airplane, package tour and hotel voucher under the HSBC Reward programme must be inquired and verified directly with the service providers by the cardholders themselves according to the list of such service providers specified in the catalogue. In addition, the cardholders are also required to comply with any terms and conditions set forth by the relevant service providers.
• With regard to airplane ticket reward, package tour and hotel voucher shall exercise his/her/its redemption via fax only. The cardholder must request for an issuance of relevant airplane, check in hotel within the 31 March 2011.
• HSBC reserves its right to refuse for any refund of HSBC reward points and/or any monetary payment to any of the cardholders in the event where a cardholder cancels the flight after the airplane ticket has been issued in accordance with the request of such a cardholder.

| Mileage Programmes |
- All HSBC credit cardholders who wish to participate in HSBC Reward’ Mileage Programme must first apply for frequent flyer programme membership with the selected participating airline(s). Application can be made online by logging on to the following websites:
• Asia Miles at www.asiamiles.com
• Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer at www.krisflyer.com
- Platinum card, Gold card and Classic card: Every two HSBC Reward points are equivalent to one mile. After conversion, any figure reading less than one mile will be forfeited.
Premier card: Every one HSBC Reward points are equivalent to one mile.
- Cardholders must transfer a minimum of 1,000 HSBC Reward points from their accounts each time a transfer is made to any participating airline’s frequent flyer programme account.
- Once transferred, HSBC Reward points cannot be transferred back to the cardholder’s account or re-transferred to another participating airline’s frequent flyer programme account.
- HSBC Reward points must be transferred to a participating airline’s frequent flyer programme account prior to their expiry date. The mileage is not transferable.
- HSBC credit card travel insurance and benefits will not apply to flights taken with award tickets issued under a participating airline’s frequent flyer programme.
- HSBC assumes no responsibility for Reward points transferred from a cardholder’s account into any frequent flyer programme account or for the actions of any participating airline in connection with its frequent flyer programme or otherwise.
- A participating airline may change its programme rules including regulations, policies, benefis, conditions of participation or mileage levels, in whole or in part at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the free mileage already accumulated.
- Should the cardholders have any questions on the programme, please contact the participated airline(s) directly.
- The transfer of HSBC Reward points to be accumulated miles will take about 2-3 weeks from date of receipt of the request.

| HSBC Reward 2011 Gift Delivery |
- Delivery of vouchers/merchandises/gifts will take about 2-4 weeks from the date of receipt of the order via any channel specified by HSBC.
- Delivery receipt of donation will be sent by foundation about 4-8 weeks from the date of receipt of the order via any channel specified by HSBC. For donation from Home for Handicapped Animals foundation and Mercy Centre will be not applicable for personal income tax allowance.
- Cardholders agree and consent HSBC to disclose their information as necessary to the courier or supplier for delivery purpose. Delivery or address will be the same as that given on the HSBC Reward Redemption Form.
- HSBC is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or unqualified vouchers or goods redeemed through the Programme. HSBC reserves the right to reject any product or voucher returned if the receiver has officially signed for that product or voucher.

| General terms and conditions |
- HSBC Reward 2011 Catalogue is valid until 31 March 2012, unless otherwise specified, and are available while stocks last.
- All the terms and conditions relating to HSBC Reward 2011 shall form part of the Terms and Conditions on the Use of Visa/MasterCard Credit Cards issued by HSBC.
- HSBC reserves the right to change, amend the terms and conditions herein, the HSBC Reward points required for gift redemption and/or terminate the HSBC Reward 2011 programme at any time upon notice in accordance with the terms and conditions as specified by HSBC.
- All the prices quoted in HSBC Reward 2011 catalogue are inclusive of value added tax.
- HSBC reserves the right to issue the receipt and tax invoice for vouchers, merchandises or service for any items that redeemed by using HSBC reward points.
- Fraud and abuse relating to the earning, pooling and redeeming HSBC Reward points or redemption orders (including without limitation where the amount of a related transaction or part thereof is subsequently refunded to the Cardholder, whether through the credit card account or other means) may result in the forfeiture of the accrued HSBC Reward points as well as the cancellation of the Cardholder’s credit card(s). HSBC reserves the right to take legal action in such cases and to recover (among others) the cost of the vouchers, products or services redeemed by the cardholder.
- In case of any dispute arising from the HSBC Reward 2011 programme, HSBC’s decision shall be final.
- If the English version of the terms and conditions does not conform to the Thai version, the Thai version shall prevail.
