Personal Phone Banking lets you bank over the phone. Enjoy the convenience of modern banking with access to a wealth of financial services, whenever you want and wherever you are. Simply dial one the following numbers:

Callers may make use of either our Automated Phone Banking service or, if preferred, speak personally with a Customer Service Representative.

Fund Transfer Services :
    • Internal fund transfers between accounts in HSBC Thailand
    • External fund transfers to 3rd party accounts / other own accounts
    • Outward remittances by telegraphic transfer
    • Payments to HSBC credit cards
    • Open Time Deposit or change Maturity Instructions
 
Maximum daily limits* (THB) apply to each of the above services :
    • 1,000,000 Internal fund transfers between own accounts in HSBC Thailand
    • 500,000 External fund transfers to other own or 3rd party accounts (pre-designated accounts)
    • 1,000,000 Payments to own HSBC credit cards
* Single transactions are also subject to maximum value of THB200,000
