1. Interest rates,fines and other service charges
1.1 Interest rates
- Tenor 6 - 60 months	MRR*+12.75% per year
1.2 Fines
- Overdue Interest	MRR*+24% of the overdue amount
1.3 Fees
- Arrangement Fee	0.5% of loan amount
- Prepayment fee for settlement of full loan amount	5% of loan outstanding
- Over Payment Fee	5% of exceeding monthly installment amount
- Loan Disbursement Fee	Maximum of THB 1,000
- Returned Cheque Fee	THB 200 per time

2.1 Stamp Duty	0.05% of loan amount
2.2 Actual Tax Expenses	As specified by law

* MRR (Minimum Retail Rate) is a floating adjustable interest rate, and currently is 8.25% (as of April 16, 2009) which subject to change as per Bank announcement.
** For upcountry payment of over 100,000 baht, 0.1% of exceeding amount will be charged with maximum of 1,000 baht
*** LH Bank will accept the cheque of same clearing zone only.
